Online Purchases

 

We take care to ensure that all details displayed for a particular item are correct at the time when the information was entered onto the system.

 

While care is taken to ensure that we display as accurately as possible appearances, colors, textures or finishes, what you will see on your digital monitor may slightly differ and so we cannot guarantee that images are an accurate representation of the actual goods you are purchasing.

 

Offers and promotions change frequently and the offers are only available against products where stated. One promotional code can be used per order. We reserve the right to retract and/or change offers and promotions at our discretion. Discount codes cannot be applied after the order and payment have been received.

On the rare occurrence we may not be able to accept your order due to the following reasons:

 

The item you have ordered is out of stock.

 

The payment can not be authorized or there are reasonable grounds to suspect your payment may be fraudulent.

 

There me an error with the product description or pricing or a system failure.

 

 

Delivery

 

On completing your purchase you may have one or more options for delivery. This is an estimated timescale for deliver. There is a possibility our items may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control such as a courier delay.

 

Due to some items being made to order it can take up to 10 working days to receive your order. All parcels are sent via the USPS or UPS. Postage costs may change at any time.

 

Order Cancellation

 

If you wish to cancel an order you have placed you must contact us immediately. Once made and dispatched we do not offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged.
